We would like to invite you to participate and submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation in Halal Science Research Session of Thailand Halal Assembly 2019. The topics cover all Halal areas including;

Guidelines for abstract submission
Abstract must be written in English and saved in DOC or DOCX and PDF file format. One A4 size page will be allowed for each abstract. Please submit your abstract via our online submission system (http://www.6ththa-12thihsatec.com) and also select your presentation preference (oral or poster presentation).
Title: Use Times New Roman, 14 Pts, Bold and Capitalize Each Word
Authors’ names: Use Times New Roman, 12 pts; put asterisk (*) at the presenter’s name and # at the corresponding author’s name; use (full) First name Last name format e.g. Acharee Suksuwan – do not abbreviate initials.)
Institution and e-mail address: Use Times New Roman, 12 pts, Italics;*e-mail: of the presenting author, # e-mail: of the corresponding author
The abstract should concisely introduce your study and findings. The number of words in the text must not exceed 300 with justified, 12 pts, Times New Roman font. The abstract is conceptually composed of a statement of the background, main research question and also the aims of the study. The materials and methods section should be brief and provide enough details. A summary of the most important findings with key numerical results should be demonstrated and followed by the concise conclusion that provides study’s implications. Avoid using non-standard abbreviations and do not cite references in the abstract.
Abstracts in all tracks and without exception should be structured as follows:
Backgrounds: indicate the purposes and objectives of the research, the hypothesis that was tested or a description of the problem being analyzed or evaluated.
Materials and Methods: describe the study period / setting / location, study design, study population, data collection and methods of analysis used.
Results: present as clearly and as much in detail as possible for the findings / outcome of the study, please summarize any specific results.
Discussion and Conclusions: explain the significance of your findings.

Guidelines for oral and poster presentation
Oral presentation: The presentation should be made by using Microsoft PowerPoint. All contents in the presentation must be in English. All presenters are required to upload their files to a computer provided by the organizer and check the files before the presentation. The oral presenters will be given 15 minutes to present their works and an additional 5 minutes for Q&A.
Online Abstract Submission
Poster presentation: Posters must be mounted on their assigned poster board. All contents of the poster must be in English and should be divided into 6 main parts including title, introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results and discussions, and conclusions. The poster size should not exceed 90 cm x 120 cm. .
